Our WM-Variojet FU is a spiral pump developed for processing mortar and concrete (pre-mixed material). The advantage of this wet spraying machine is its robust and easy-to-operate construction. The WM-Variojet FU can be used for a wide variety of purposes: Materials such as mortar, sealing slurries, fillers, cement paste and SPCC mortar can be processed. The Variojet is equipped with a remote control which offers a START and STOP function. The cable length is 50 m.
The ability to disassemble the Variojet into three modules allows for easy transportation. In this, the drive with chassis, the hopper with spiral pump and the control are separated from one another.
Tested for SPCC mortar in accordance with ZTV-ING.
An electronic pressure gauge is optionally available for grouting cement paste and cement suspensions.

The WM-Mini FU is a light wet spraying machine designed for different application purposes and materials. When processing mortar, the maximum grain size is 3 mm. The same applies to the processing of SPCC mortar. Furthermore, our WM-Mini FU is also suitable for processing sealing slurries, fillers, cement suspensions and paints.
The eccentric spiral pump WM-Mini FU is operated with 230 V/50 Hz light flux. The connected load is 1.5 kW. The speed can be continuously adjusted using the frequency converter. The delivery includes a remote control with a cable length of 25 m. Optionally, the WM-Mini FU can be equipped with an electronic pressure gauge for grouting cement paste and cement suspensions.

This turbo-charged pug mill mixer is made up of a stable steel construction and is additionally equipped with a height-adjustable chassis. Materials with a grain size of up to 8 mm can be mixed in it.
Draining is carried out via a flat side valve and, if so desired, can also be performed directly with the pump. Tested for SPCC mortar in accordance with ZTV-ING.

The WM-B100 is our universal spiral pump for grain sizes from 0 mm to 16 mm. It is particularly well suited to processing fiber-reinforced mortar, aerated concrete as well as grouting work.
Furthermore, this universal pump can also be used for processing plaster concrete and shotcrete, as well as for grouting and injection work. An appropriate conversion kit for a grain size of 25 mm can be used to perform backfill work. The power supply to the pump is provided by the diesel-hydraulic drive station. In addition, it is also possible to power the WM-B100 via other hydraulically-driven machines. This can be done, for example, with a wheel loader, an excavator or something similar.

The WM-M8 has a completely new form of pumping technology which enables universal usage in application technology.
The material is conveyed by means of peristaltic technology (similar to a milling procedure). This procedure can be compared to the function of the esophagus, i.e. the technique has been modeled on the transportation principles found in nature.
An important advantage lies in the minimal pressure accumulation in the hoses as well as the universal use of almost all materials.
